Pam has been in the insurance business since 1977 and received her Michigan agent’s license in 1987. She is currently in the process of becoming licensed in Florida so that she can assist her clients who live there during the winter months. Pam has been at RSI for six years where she is the head of the personal lines department. Pam was born and raised in Charlotte and lives in the local area. Pam and her husband have seven children and four grandchildren between them. She enjoys camping and traveling with her family, NASCAR, playing computer games, reading and, after tolerating the kid’s new dog for a few months, is starting to love their newest addition too. She enjoys the good-hearted staff at RSI and is especially appreciative of the agency’s pro-family policies like flex-time allowing working parents the ability to be available when needed. |

Jody Daly

Besides being a customer service representative for nine years, Jody is our office manager (otherwise known as the “office den mother”) and our expert on claims processing. She is a local resident of the area where she lives with her husband and two boys. Previous to joining RSI, she was a bridal consultant for five years. She is a “mom extraordinaire,” deeply involved with all her boy’s sports events, cub scouting and other family activities. Jody is also very fond of her cat and happy to share her knowledge and stories with other fanciers. |

Susan Joostberns

Susan is the agency administrative assistant, bookkeeper as well as the agent that specializes in farms. She also does some commercial and personal lines of insurance. She was raised in the local area and lives here with her husband. Susan has been with RSI for 10.5 years and has worked in the insurance field since 1967. Susan and her husband have traveled all over in the family camper. They also owned and operated a boarding stable for five years with 26 horses. She served as the secretary on Clinton County’s 4-H Board and when her daughter was young as a “Clover bud” 4-H leader for 10 years. She enjoys horses, being involved with kids, cars (especially her brilliant yellow mustang), motorcycles, family activities and her beloved dachshunds. |
